    The hotel is located 20km inlands from Poreč which is the nearest costal town. Road infrastructure is very good and nearest airports are Pula and Trieste, although we mostly count on the guest coming by car.

    No, we are not directly on the beach, and this is our advantage particularly during the busy and crowdy summer months. We are located in small Istrian village Milohanići to be more precise at the end of it and totally surrounded by the woods. If you are looking for luxurious way to get back in touch with the nature, look no more, here we are.

    On the other side we are close to almost everything of importance in Istria.

    Medieval city Motovun where famous film festival is taking place every summer is just behind the corner, biking trails are literally in front of the doors and local vine, olive oil and prosciutto producers are in the area. In fact, you can try their products in our farmers market within the hotel

    Hotel has 12 beautifully designed apartments. Each has 52m2 and can accommodate 2+2 persons. All apartments are facing south and have view to the lush vivid garden and surrounding woods.

    Appartments in the groundfloor have their own piece of garden right infront of the living room doors, and appartments on the 1st floor have spacious terrace with a lot of greenery.

    There is no building on the plot in question and there is grass, low vegetation, tall vegetation and trees on the plot. The plot is in a slight slope towards the road. In the immediate vicinity there is an electricity and water connection. The plot has an irregular shape, favorable orientation because it is mostly sunny from the south. Geomechanical research has not been performed, but based on experience it can be said that there is no landslide on the plot, and that there are no other unfavorable factors for future construction. for the mentioned building there is a building permit and complete project documentation for its construction.
